  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and resellable condition.
  • Products that have been opened or used, or that are damaged due to customer misuse, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products with broken seals or missing parts are non-returnable unless proven to be defective or not as described.

4. Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

5. Exchange Process

-The exchanged item must be in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
